The daily rate include staying at Villa Buena Onda, plus benefits like 24/7 security and cleaning service every 2 days. Besides this, your stay can be upgraded to have 3 daily meals or also to be all-inclusive. Read more about what’s included here.
WHAT FACILITIES CAN WE USE?
You can use all the hotel facilities, We have a spa on site, if you want to know more about how to get a treatment in our spa click here. There is also a laundry room available were our staff will help you with the laundry for an extra charge.
IS THE POOL HEATED?
No, our infinity pool is not heated, however, the weather in Coco is warm, making the pool refreshing during our summer days.

HOW FAR IS THE NEAREST GOLF COURSE?
The nearest golf courses are located in Four Seasons and Westin Resort, about 45 minutes to an hour away. We offer transportation (for an extra fee) to these golf courses.
DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS? / HOW FLEXIBLE IS YOUR MENU FOR DINERS WITH DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Yes, we have a delicious menu with gluten free and vegetarian options. We also adapt to any dietary restrictions, be it dairy-free, specific food allergies. We appreciate you let us know about your dietary needs before your arrival via our Reservations Team or our on-site Concierge Team.
DO ALL THE ROOMS HAVE JACUZZI?
No, only the Master Suite has its own private jacuzzi. Otherwise, our Secreto Spa is available for treatments and jacuzzi use.
ARE YOU ON THE BEACH? CAN I WALK TO THE BEACH?
Villa Buena Onda is not on the beach, however, we are located on the hills of Coco, with amazing views of the Papagayo Gulf, 8 minutes by car from Coco beach, to which we offer transportation for an extra fee. If you prefer walking and exploring the area, Coco Beach is around 35 minutes away.
HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM SAN JOSE?
Coco is approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes from the SJO airport by car. By plane, San Jose to Liberia (LIR) is 50 minute flight. From Liberia, we are an easy, 35 minute drive. Travelers must be at the domestic airport 45 minutes before departure, so total travel time by air is approximately 2 hours vs closer to 4 hours by car. WHAT IS THE CLOSEST AIRPORT TO VILLA BUENA ONDA?
