As a hotel, the Villa is required to complete annual health and safety inspections conducted by Costa Rica's Health Ministry. The Villa maintains compliance with all health and safety regulations and best practices required by law.

To ensure the safety and security of our staff and guests, the property is monitored 24/7 by a closed-loop camera system located around the perimeter of the property and inside the common areas of the Villa.

The Villa is also monitored by two of our staff members who reside on the property and perform nightly checks to ensure all entries into the Villa are locked and the driveway gates are secured.
