A+ experience There wasn’t one flaw at this villa. The staff was incredible. They made the planning of this trip so easy, with fast reply’s and we’re always easy to get ahold of. When we were there, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was FANTASTIC. They made our stay truly memorable and we are so glad we chose this villa. This was amazing. We had 18 people there for a wedding, and the staff was amazing! Samuel was an amazing host, and the place was kept spotless! We had howler monkeys every morning near us, and it’s a quick ride into Teramondo.

We had the most unbelievable experience at Villa Buena Onda from the time we arrived to our departure! The property was very clean and well maintained. Every single meal/ drink was phenomenal and the staff was outstanding! It will be almost impossible to top this vacation experience! I will forever be recommending this property! Definitely Going Back! My stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly accommodating, warm, and genuinely lovely, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The food was scrumptious. The location is perfect. We were able to walk into town and to the beach to enjoy local restaurants and shopping. The spa was wonderful and such a relaxing experience. Exceeded and Beyond my Expectations It was an amazing trip. Villa Buena Onda is a must stay. The villa is amazing and beautiful. The staff is top notch. From planning with Charlie, answering my 1 million questions before we even arrived, to Sam keeping our glasses filled all day with tasty drinks, to Roxy keeping the place immaculate, and the house overseer (can't recall his name) who made sure we had everything we needed. The massages were heavenly and the meals were delicious. Everything was home made and curated just for you. Everyone was very thoughtful, and made the trip memorable. We were treated like queens. It's an amazing place to stay. Lots of space. They even surprised us on our last night to coordinate with our red dress theme, the table settings were red and they decorated the outside with red balloons and red sparkles on our wine glasses. From the moment we arrived, the service was top tier—warm, attentive, and effortlessly concierge-level throughout the entire stay. Every meal was a highlight. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner were all thoughtfully prepared and absolutely decadent—especially dinner, which truly felt like chef’s kiss dining every night. The spa service was equally impressive, offering a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience that elevated the entire trip. What makes this place feel more like a micro-resort than a villa is the seamless all-inclusive feel paired with personalized attention. Whether traveling with girlfriends, as a couple, or with family, everything you need is already right there and handled with care. Our hostess went above and beyond in ways that made the experience unforgettable. From private Latin dance lessons to an unexpected fire show one evening, every detail felt intentional and memorable. Perfect villa for a gathering of 12-20 people What an epic experience! Every detail of this villa was exemplary. The rooms were beautiful, the pool was amazing, a never ending flow of a myriad of amazing drinks, excellent food, more than anything the staff was incredibly attentive and joyful! I went there with a group of my college friends to celebrate a milestone birthday and the set up was just perfect for this!! Each morning, I would wake up to see beautiful birds and at times some monkeys. I definitely heard the howling monkeys. It was an absolute delight. Not to forget, the spa services were excellent and it’s such a beautiful petite spa space on the premises. It was an absolute pleasure to have every detail taken care of. Transport from the airport, tours, etc. we’re all organized for us with well vetted out tour companies. Do not miss an opportunity to come to this amazing villa!

Great vacation experience My stay at the villa was wonderful. The staff was top tier. The food was delicious. I enjoyed the beautiful pool and swim up bar. The villa is very clean and well maintained. My only comment is that only two of the three rooms on the lower level has the view and access to the pool area. I suggest altering the description to say “2 lower level suites with access to the pool and one lower level room with limited view and an outdoor shower.” I highly recommend staying at the villa.
